To carry out groundbreaking research, you need the proper tools. Here you will find information about numerous facilities on-campus that are geared towards researcher needs.

Conference Rooms
are equipped with digital projector and wireless Internet and provide meeting space for seminars, lab meetings, and social gatherings. Located in 301 and 383 BSRB.

Imaging Facility
provides resources for data acquisition and analysis for radioactive, fluorescent, photographic, and microscopic samples as well as digital imaging and document production. Located in 344C BSRB.

Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics Technology Center
develops and applies novel mass spectrometry-based tools for the characterization of protein structure, post-translational modifications, and profiling protein expression. Located in 1424 and 1430 Molecular Sciences Building.

Fluorescent Microscope Facility
is a state of the art facility used to acquire digital images of microscopic samples. Located in 345E BSRB.

Molecular Visualization Laboratory
is used for research and teaching purposes. It is designed for viewing digital representations of complex molecular structures in a stereo (3-D) environment./

Electron Microscope Laboratory
provides facilities to assist in the determination of structure.

Media Kitchen
provides the convenience of prepared agar plates and liquid media for growing bacteria and yeast. The Media Kitchen is located in 360C BSRB.

Consignment Stockroom
provide instant access to commonly used restriction and modifying enzymes. Located in 103 BSRB.

UCLA-DOE Core Facilities
provides facilities to assist in the determination of molecular structure.

School of Medicine Core Facilities
are available to all department researchers. These 20-plus facilities provide equipment, services, and expertise on a recharge basis.
