Consignment Stockroom

Consignment Freezers provide instant access to commonly used restriction and modifying enzymes. The Department of Biological Chemistry hosts consignment freezers from Fermentas, Stratagene, Roche, Invitrogen, and New England Biolabs. The freezers and room temperature cabinets are located in 103 BSRB. All companies stock a variety of common restriction enzymes and modifying enzymes. Convenience is afforded by the lower cost (no shipping charges) and the easy and rapid accessibility of materials. Products must be purchased using a low value order form or recharge order request (depends on vendor). Access is available via BruinCard. Applications are on the door to 103 BSRB.
