Ritchie Ho (mentor Kathrin Plath) is chosen to receive a Paul Boyer Outstanding Teaching Award. In recognition of this achievement he will receive a check for $1000 and a certificate at the 2010 MBI Lake Arrowhead Retreat.

Rachel Senturia is awarded the Audree Fowler Fellowship in Protein Science

Rachel Senturia (mentor Feng Guo) is awarded the Audree Fowler Fellowship in Protein Science. Each awardee receives up to $4000 to be used for scientific travel, books, supplies, computers, and software. The award will be presented at the MBI retreat in Lake Arrowhead October 15-17, 2010.

The 12th Annual MBI Postdoctoral Recognition Awardees

The 12th Annual MBI Postdoctoral Recognition Awards recognized Ohtan Wang, Ph.D. (mentor: Kelsey Martin) as the recipient of the Parvin Foundation Award. Postdoctoral Merit Awardees included Mark Chin (mentor Kathrin Plath) and Gustavo Miranda-Carboni (mentor Tim Lane).
