ABRF Communications Online Newsletter features UCLA's Dr. Audree Fowler. Dr. Fowler has worked with UCLA's Dr. Irving Zabin in the department of Biological Chemistry, was the Director of the UCLA Protein MicroSequencing Facility in the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, was on the first Association of Biomolecular Resource Facilities (ABRF) Executive Committee, and is a Docent at the Santa Monica Pier Aquarium.
Alison Frand recieves $50,000 by the National Marfan Foundation. The grant is titled "Understanding How A Fibrillin-like Protein Controls Worm Development."
